Tolladay Construction, Inc. would like very much to be a part of your
construction team. We are one of the oldest, family owned general
contractors in the area and plan to be there to service your current and
future needs for many years.
Tolladay Construction has enjoyed its long success by delivering quality
projects in a timely manner. While competitive pricing is always
important to our customers, we understand timely delivery is of equal,
if not more important value, as occupancy dates are not easily altered.
When we are part of the Owner’s design team, value engineering is first
and foremost when reviewing plans. We use different design-build
subcontractors and recommend these contractors to be part of the design
team based on qualifications, their current workload, their
competitiveness and prior experience with this occupancy or construction
type.
